"Thanks a lot!" You exclaimed, hugging Antonio tightly around the neck. He'd gotten you a really neat moustache necklace, something you'd been eyeing up for months now. "No problem at all chica!" He laughed, his arms around you.
Next up was Francis' present. You giggled when you opened the small sachet, pulling out a pair of moustache earrings. And yes, they completely matched with Antonio's, they'd definitely thought that out. "Merci~" you cooed at the Frenchman, kissing his cheek.
He gave you a lecherous smile, raising his eyebrows suggestively. Gilbert grinned at you, his present hiding behind his back. "How bad do you want this frau?" He asked mischievously. In reply, you pouted, your head on tilt. "Very, very badly." You told him, inching closer to him.
"Okay then~" He offered you the present, letting you eagerly rip the paper off. "So, how do you like it?" he asked. You beamed up at him, holding up the jumper. The imprint on it said: "Start your day with a smile" and it had a little man with a bowler hat on it.
With, of course the ever-present moustache. "Thank you!" You called, wrapping your arms around him tightly and jumping up and down in excitement.
The three of them smiled as you pulled on the jumper, the necklace over it and wore the earrings. All in all, you looked adorable.
You spotted a friend of yours walking down the corridor, a look of irritation on his face, as always. "Lovi!" Even though you'd been certain he'd heard you, he carried on walking, albeit slower than before.
Pouting, you ran across the space between the two of you, jumping on his back. "Don't ignore mee!" you told him, growling slightly.
"Get off Ragazza." He replied, not put out by your tone. "Fine." You slipped off his back and smiled at him when he turned towards you. Seeing your new attire, he gaped at you. Taking this as a good sign, you spun around once cheerily.
"Nice isn't it?" you giggled, smiling brightly. But he suddenly took hold of your shoulders staring into your eyes desperately.
"Don't you understand?! Moustaches are serious buisness!" He said, a frantic glint in his brown eyes. "Please Lovi, are you kidding me? They're so fun! Besides they're just a fashion statement. Like the Union Jack." You answered calmly.
Faintly you heard a "Take that Alfred!" in the background, but you shrugged it off as nothing important. "It's just a bit of fun." You continued. He glared at you, his upper lip trembling slightly in frustration and anger.
"Fine then, is you don't want to believe me!" He stormed off angrily. Following him, you grabbed his arm, forcing him to slow down. "C'mon Lovi, if you keep frowning like that you'll get wrinkles fast." You prodded the point where his eyebrows met, which was all scrunched up.
"Make me Ragazza." Crossing his arms, he leant back against one of the lockers lining the corridor, a rather arrogant smirk plastered across his face.
"Hmmmm...." you pondered, looking up at the ceiling as you thought. Suddenly an idea struck you. "Stay here." You instructed Lovino, pointing at the tiled floor you were standing on. Now where could you find them.... Probably in the props room.
You sprinted towards the storage room, knocking the door open so hard it hit the wall it was connected to. Sure enough there was one and grinning, you picked it up. Then you happily skipped back to where Lovi was waiting for you.
When he saw what you were carrying he facepalmed. "..... Seriously (y/n)? Why....."
You frowned at him, looking at the artefact you were carrying. "But.... Penguins always make me feel happy.... Oh I get it," you smiled brightly," you're more of a panda person then?" To that he sighed, rubbing his eyes wearily.
As you continued your stare-off with the stuffed penguin, he glanced up at you. The way you pouted at the penguin was quite cute and he felt his cheeks heat up slightly.
"So...What kind of a person are you then? Not a penguin or a panda person.... Do you like dolphins then?" He groaned at your question, running his hand through his hair. Aw screw it, he thought, might as well do it now.
"I'm more of an (y/n) person actually." He admitted, not looking at you. You froze, the stuffed toy falling to the floor. Had he....really just....? "A-a, a me-person huh? Well, err....." You blushed violently, biting your lip.
Might as well, your thoughts commanded your stiff limbs to move forward and you placed your hands on his chest. "I-I'm actually not really a penguin person...." you confessed, your (e/c) eyes trained on the ground, "I-I'm, I'm more of a Lovino person."
He flushed red, smiling impishly. His fingers cool in contrast to your flaming skin, he lifted your chin up, making you look in his eyes. Inching closer to you, his eyes closed as his lips nuzzled softly against yours.
When you pulled back to breathe you blushed, your gaze loving as you looked at him. "Grazie Lovi~" you sang, rhyming.
"Hey lovebirds!" A voice leered at the two of you. Glancing up you saw your trio of friends at the end of the corridor, waving to get your attention. You noticed some big and fluffy in Antonio's tanned arms and you realised it was your penguin.
"Want this back?" They all asked, each one saying a word in their own accent. Chuckling, you stuck your tongue out at them. "I've got all I need, right here~" you called out to them. Your arms wound their way around Lovino's neck, his own already around your waist.
Lovino kissed your nose and stroked your back gently. "Seconded."
